6．蝦　蝦是一種無脂肪、高蛋白的健康食品，它同時富含抗癌物質硒和維生素D。人們一般認為蝦的膽固醇含量很高，但實際上，蝦含有的膽固醇並不能提高人體 血液中的膽固醇。美國洛克菲勒大學的一項研究顯示，每天吃少量蝦，能提高人體的“好膽固醇”。（如果買不到新鮮蝦，就到超市里買冷凍的。吃蝦前用水沖洗， 會帶走 40%的鈉，減少升高血壓的隱患。）
7.黑巧克力 　黑巧克力中富含類黃酮，最新研究顯示，吃少量黑巧克力，能夠預防動脈栓塞、降低患心臟病的幾率。另外，吃巧克力能釋放血液中的複合胺，有助於調節情緒。（買黑巧克力時，選擇那些至少含有60%可哥粉的。如果能和鈣片一起吃，那就更好了。）
8．櫻桃　美國密歇根大學的一項最新研究發現，吃櫻桃能夠降低膽固醇和血糖。2006年的一項研究也發現，連續8天每天喝2大杯櫻桃汁並堅持運動的人，比 那些喝水的人，更不容易發生肌肉酸痛的現象。（除了當水果吃外，你還可以把櫻桃放在冰箱的冷凍室裡，做成健康“冰激淩”，隨時拿出來吃。）

haha...hey schorsch...german is a great soccer team....actually its very very famous in china....i have a good friend..she is crazy for german soccer...even go to germany department when she went to college....i like german....just have no time to upload many pics of them..hehe...

Yeah, today I watched germany vs. Ivory Coast (without Ballack & Drogba), it was 2:2.
Podolski scored twice, here in germany they already made a song for him called Lu-Lu-Lu-Lukas Podolski :)
cause he scored in 68 matches for the national team 36 goals and 16 assists and is still 24 years old.
Maybe you heard that it wasn't Messi who was elected as the best young player of the latest World Championship 2006 but Podolski.
Usually the girls here like Philipp Lahm who is definitely the best player in our team.
The match today was kinda hard for the guys cuz our national keeper Robert Enke commited (train-)suicide one week ago so I'm satisfied with a 2:2.

YEP...im so shocked when i heard ENKE commited suicide....he has mental problem for a long term anyway....but pretend normal...must be hard....hope he can find some peaceful place in paradise....

podolski is cool....pretty young and good skills....the only short point is he is not high enough...then im sure he will do great on heared...the future superstar...hehe

I'm a fan of Eintracht Frankfurt, my local club. They went up and down since I know this club. Since 2005 we're in 1. Bundesliga again, makes me happy enough.
The latest match I watched was in our stadium with 51.000 people against Bayern Munich in the cup...we lost 0:4 but the choreographie and support we made was just awesome.

Podolski not high enough? He's 1.82m, C. Ronaldo is 1.84m, Messi only 1.69m but one of the best. I don't think it's a lack..tall players can't move as quick as the small ones ;)

there were 20000 people went to watch the last match of our team in this session...but we lost it with the socre of 0：3....now they are in the break...untill next march...so pretty boring during these none-march-days...hehe

the name of our team is :Chengdu Blades F.C... means Chengdu Sheffield United F.C......It sort of supported by sheefield club .england before............

Is it legal in china to burn bengalows during a match?
We only do it on away games and even then the club gets high fees...so people leave it and do sth like that

Our ultras love to organize those and it became culture in Frankfurt. When I was on the match vs Bayern, we also did one. It is really exhausting to hold sth over your head for 10-15 minutes, especially after some beer..our fans here have a good discipline to do those lol :) I think it's definitely worth & a part of fan culture
