COMPLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION

It’s America’s diplomatic policy of dividing friends and enemies by ideology that injures my internal spirit seriously and makes me live in danger all the time because I’m afraid of America’s threatening on my life and property.

The outbreak of Iraq war and Yugoslavia war, with the powerful military capabilities the America holds, deepens continuously my anxieties, because I have seen that life and property security of people in a country which the America deems hostile will be in danger. Therefore, all these things arouse my aversion to America.

I was thrilled on September 11, then I hung up a portrait of Bin Ladon, wore T-shirts with his head portrait on them, and bought AKS74U imitation guns. However, I am an honest and kind-hearted person. I saw that the injured in terrorist attacks by al-Qaeda Group were all innocent commons. I was sad for their losing lives each time when I saw those terrorist attacks which made me hate terrorist acts. Two feelings of respecting Bin Ladon and hating terrorism torture my heart at the same time, and I am self-contradictory at heart because I am deeply self-condemned for not giving up the morbid psychology of respecting Bin Ladon.

I am a pacifist, loving ardently democracy and advocating freedom and equality. In the past, the reason why I respected Bin Ladon was that his existence relieved temporarily security of some countries which then promoted the world peace in another way. However, constant and gradually expanded terrorist incidents denied my point of view, and my love for the world peace was lost in two extremenesses--hegemonism and terrorism,which made me bewildered. Hereafter, I tried to rebuild my world view to eliminate my adoration and infatuation to Bin Ladon from my pacifism. However, America’s constant hegemonic acts made me see its threatening on the world peace, and I could’t find another person except Ladon to check and balance America in reality. So I preferred admiring and infatuating Ladon even more rather than give up those feelings. I hope that he will live forever without being arrested by America, but consuming more financial resources of America and weekening its power in order to win a breathing space for other countries.

I tried to adjust my morbid psychology to give up admiring Ladon many times. However, American goverment reacted again which promoted me to respect again before I adjusted myself completely. Take the example of America’s deploying missile defense system around Russia and China which threaten their national security, so my own sense of security was deprived by American government. There are still many similar events, such as America begins to develop its strategic weapons in space, which menaces my own life and property security and make me live in anxiety without giving up the morbid psychology of respecting Ladon. Therefore, I decide to take the law as a tool to litigate the American government to claim for compensation for its injury on my spirit.

THE FIRST REQUEST OF THE COMPLAINANT

Condemn the defendant to pay 6 billion dollars for emotional damages.

1. REASONS

On June, 2001, an American called Richard·Boye sued againt the American tobacconist Philip---Morris Corporation for a compensation of 30 billion dollars. The court found 6 criminal charges of Philip---Morris Corporation of guilty, such as fraud, derelict, products with poor quality and so on.On July, 2002, an American called Caesar·Babo sued againt Mcdonald, KFC, Burger King and other American fast-food chain stores for the reason that those stores didn’t warn customers that eating them too muct would damage human health.

In the two cases, the two Americans select the companies and put into use their products voluntarily, which cause damages on human body, finally they sue against the companies and get compensation. The damages on the two Americans above are all as a result of their own choices without being forced and can be avoidable. However, my damages are forced and cannot be avoided by myself, and they bring more serious damages on my spirit. As we all know, the mental health is more important than physical health, and damage on spirit mental health is more serious than that on physical health. The two Americans selecte American products voluntarily, but I don’t. It’s just because I live in China, but I suffer from American government, which cause damage on my spirit and make me infatuated with Ladon—the leader of terrorism. Their physical damages for voluntary selection could get compensation, not to mention my mental damage without my own voluntary selection. Therefore, I ask for a compensation of 6 billion dollars against American government according to the previous cases happened in America.

THE SECOND REQUEST OF THE COMPLAINANT

Condemn the defendant to introspect his fault on diplomatic policies, to give up hegemonism, unilateralism to eliminate the origin of producing terrorism. Then it should develop his promotive effect without the destructive effect on the world peace.

THE THIRD REQUEST OF THE COMPLAINANT

Condemn the defendant to stop interfering internal affairs of other countries, stop doing other things which are harmful to regional stability and peace such as: the missile defense system it deploys around China, and the development of strategic weapon in space.
