It has always been a great interesting thing that most Chinese students misinterpret what English words actually means in their own language.
For example, the word "lover" is interestingly translated into "Ai Ren" in Mandarin while the word of its English meaning refers to "a person who has a intimate relationship with someone else. Many chinese students keep using it to mean "ai ren"(my husband,my honey, life partner etc.)
Well, this is a lesson for all you chinese students to learn. DO NOT assume that Lover means "ai ren". thats way wrong unless you want to have an affair.
