DJ Simon Elkins also known as (Thai Si) is a highly experienced all round entertainer. He began his career in 1995 as A Bluecoat Entertainer for the 'Barry Island Resort’ Holiday Park. This was his first experience in the industry, where he developed not only DJ skills but singing, acting, dancing and microphone abilities. He returned for a second season as the head DJ and compeer. From then on, he gave guest DJ appearances in nightclubs across South Wales and moved on to become Assistant Entertainments Manager for West Starr Holiday centre.
In 1997 Simon joined DASH Entertainments becoming a professional tour DJ around South England, working with UK's biggest named DJ's including Boy George, Pete Tong and Judge Jules.
This experience really opened the doorways to Simon deciding to work abroad.
1 year later, he moved to work as a dance DJ in Beijing China and onward to nightclubs in Hong Kong, including 'Ricks Cafe' and 'China Jump.
Looking to expand his horizons, Simon moved to Thailand, playing in such clubs as 'cm2','Leo Grotto’ and the very famous 'Forte'.
Simon then moved to UAE where he worked in other well known nightclubs, in Abu Dhabi he was resident DJ of 'Rock Bottom Café’ after hearing him he was also requested to work in Dubai's most popular night club 'Zinc'.
Simon decided to move on from the Middle East and move back to Thailand where he now works on a regular basis, his most recent nightclub to date is, Club 87 and is always ready to take on any other adventure.
To date Simon's long Entertainment history has seen him work in a wide range of venues, and this coupled with a string of opportunities have made him a highly sort-after, popular DJ.
