yes, we had a great time! but now explain to me what you mean about an 'all-over' tan... is that the kind where you had to have been nude to obtain? coz I was wearing my bikini! so I've got very obvious tan lines! and I'm very proud of them too, coz I devoted many many hours lying under that hot sun to get them! too bad it'll start fading away soon...
but then again, if you think about it, everything fades away sooner or later, doesn't it?

Well I didnt mean you went nude bathing or anything. Just with your bikini :). I turned brown this summer. I told myself I would go to the beach and pool more often and thats pretty much what I did and I ended up turning really dark. A little more dark than I wanted. But silly me, I forget the sun out here is brutal!
That reminds me! We took out one of our Greek Managers to the beach out here, and I was telling him.."Hey beaches out here are awhole lot different than the beach your probably used to, its a actual ocean and not a sea, this turns into survival"......And he kept telling me "yah yah, im a great swimmer..blah blah...". So we go into the ocean, 10mins into playing in the waves, this guy almost gets dragged out into the ocean by riptides. lol.....I look around and I'm thinking where is this guy, and i look out toward the ocean and I see this guy getting pulled out, and I yelled "ride the wave! ride the wave!"....Fortunately the waves were 13-15ft that day and it just powered him back to shore...hahaha.....He gets back to the shore and he was "i thought i was going to die!" and I just said, "thought you were a great swimmer"... :)
Well anywho that day, I turned completely dark brown. The sun was blistering so hard that day, I had to use alot of sunblock because it was no joke!
And to reply to your "everything fades away", Well obviously not because your still beautiful! and there is no hint of that leaving any time soon!

haha...the poor Greek! He won't be forgetting his L.A. beach experience anytime soon, will he?! Couldn't he see how big those ocean waves were before he went in? oh well! I, for sure, would not have gone in, I don't like waves, as you already know. Remember the pic I had e-mailed you last year? see how calm the water was? You'd probably find that a little boring, but it's what I prefer, I don't want to have to play survival games on my vacations.
Now regarding my "everything fades away", your comment was just toooo kind sweet-pea, but it's true... everything does fade away eventually... and as Mariah Carey says, "nothing ever stays the same". Do you know the song? As soon as I said this phrase I remembered it. Used to be an old favourite of mine from her Music Box CD. Wanna listen to it with me? ;-)
