H1N1 is new influenza virus that never before circulated amongs humans. The Virus is spread from person to person. It is transmitted easily as the normal seasonal flu and can be passed to other people by exposure to infected droplets expelled by coughing and sneezing that can be inhaled, also can contaminated tru shaking hands. How to recognize the signs and symptoms of H1N1???...Be alert when you have get flu - like including fever, cough,headache,muscle and joint pain,sore throat,running nose, and sometimes vomiting and diarrhoea. Do yo know that the virus H1N1 is spreading fast particularly among young people from ages 10 to 45. Well this is the tips how to prevent yourself from the H1N1:

Cover your mouth and nose when you cough and sneeze
Wash your hands frequently
Don't run down your ability to fight infection
Avoid touching your eyes,nose or mouth, Germs spread this way
Try to avoid close contact with sick people
When you feel that you are infected report yourself immediately to the nearest medical services

Hey Guys there are no known instances of people getting infected by exposure to PIGS or other animal:) ^_^

Just be alert!!!!!!!!!!

Well, thanks for the book suggestion, i will try to find it when i'm going vacation, i'm fond for reading special good book!! This time i'm reading Twilight 2nd,3rd and 4th!! they are awesome teenager novel!! though i'm not teenager but i love tht story :D

Yes, the novel is telling about love,friendship between human, vampire and werewolf! The novel is available four edition!!, try to find that book!! the second edtion is New moon they make in movie. it'll launcing next year!!
