         朋友，你听说过巴马吗？你听说过巴马的传奇故事吗？地处广西西北山区的巴马瑶族自治县，被誉为世界级的长寿之乡，是上苍遗留在人间的一块净土。这里有百岁以上的老人80多位，占全县人口的万分之三。

   

        俗话说一方水土养一方人，巴马的自然环境为什么能让人如此长寿呢？前不久，我带着浓厚的兴趣和好奇，加入了太原伦嘉公司组织的巴马科考之旅。从呼和浩特到太原--广州--南宁，一夜的火车又转两次飞机，再坐5个半小时的大巴到达了巴马，旅途的辛苦、山路的险峻自不必多说。

    

        到达巴马，县城广场中央矗立着一个用不锈钢做成的巨大寿字造型，巴马是世界五个长寿之乡中百岁老人分布率最高的一个，长寿之乡的美誉自然是当之无愧的。全县面积1971平方公里，人口23.8万，有壮、瑶等12个民族。

 

        我们考察的第一个目标是“水波天窗百鸟岩”，光听这名就充满了神秘的色彩和诗意。一叶小舟载着我们沿河而上，河水清澈见底，两岸山青水绿，清风拂面心旷神怡。

 

       在一座陡峭的山脚下，地下河溶洞呈现在眼前。小船在黑暗的溶洞中慢慢划行，耳边听着叮咚的水滴声，尽情呼吸着沁人肺腑的空气。

 

    前面上方的一束光亮仿佛让我们看到了黎明的曙光，这就是第一个天窗。百鸟岩溶洞中每隔几百米一个天窗，共有三个天窗。光感效果使我们如同在时空隧道中经过了三天三夜。当地有个说法，每经过一个天窗就会延寿十年。随行的专家用仪器测量了洞中空气维生素--负氧离子含量，数据显示每立方厘米为6万多个，而在城市中只有1千多。

       我们第二个考察的目标是号称天下第一洞的“百魔洞”。“百魔洞”源自壮语，意为“泉水的出口”。是一座气势恢弘的石灰岩溶洞，洞口朝南高近百米甚是壮观，前后两洞长约2000米，加上洞内洞、洞上洞歧路，游程达5000米。步入洞内犹如进入了另一迷幻般的世界，汩汩清泉畅涌，彩灯照射下的钟乳石千姿百态。百魔洞独到之处在于钟乳凝就的景观大都耸立于洞厅中央，可以从不同角度去欣赏那城市雕塑般的景观造型：大肚笑佛、孔雀拜观音、麻姑献寿、奥运火炬、定海神针、银柱擎天、比萨斜塔、闺房珠帘、水晶皇宫、百魔之手、猪八戒入洞房等几百处景观，个个惟妙惟肖，令人耳目一新。雄奇伟岸的石笋群如巨木参天，最高大的石笋十几人合围，高度达39米，堪称世界之最。人们不禁赞叹大自然的鬼斧神工，沉浸在无尽美妙的想象之中。在百魔洞群中，从第一层洞入口处右侧拾级而上，通达第二层洞，与第一层洞的垂直落差为100米，洞内石盾罗列、石幔遍布、珍珠铺道。如果说第一层洞的景观是高大雄峻、气势磅礴著称，那么第二层洞的景观则以疏朗别致、玲珑剔透见长。扁状石笋林把该洞的品位推上了世界第一奇观的宝座。天下第一洞因此而得名。

 

    从第二层向上走约50米，直达第三层，当地人称之为皇宫，洞景光怪陆离，晶莹瑰丽，通体透明的钟乳石造型逼真、扑朔迷离，宛如蜂房，稍微不慎就象误入八卦阵，辗转半天走不出来，整个洞府尤象银装素裹的北国，天工的造化让人一步三叹。百魔三重天景致各不同，百魔归来不看洞，是中外游客对百魔洞的由衷赞誉。

       天坑奇观同样吸引大家驻足。上小下大犹如瓮状的天坑令人叫绝。在天坑中央的位置，一簇亿年活化石—桫椤，生机盎然。天坑中的负氧离子高达每立方厘米7万多个，难怪这里的古生物能够亿年相传。走了几公里的路，就连70多岁的老人都不喘，一点不觉得累，这就是空气中负氧离子含量高的作用。

    我们的第三项考察是走进巴马瑶族自治县甲篆乡平安村巴盘屯百岁老人的家，了解他们的生活起居。番阳河在长寿乡人们称之为母亲河、长寿河。他们世代沿河而居，日出而作、日落而息。全村512人，百岁以上老人7人。人过70古来稀，而在这里，70多岁的人算壮劳力。一个70多岁的老婆婆担着百十斤的担子快步如飞；在自家门口扎扫帚的老婆婆我上前一问，今年99岁了。这里的人们常年坚持劳动，已不是生活的所迫，而是延年益寿的需要。

 

  走进111岁老人黄卜新五代同堂的家，这是一座新盖的小楼，厅堂明亮宽敞，厨卫具全，老人精神矍铄，见到我们他格外开心。提起跟随韦拔群革命的日子，老人激动不已，即兴给大家唱起当年红军的歌曲。老人不抽烟，只喝一点酒，平时还干些自己力所能及的活。

     1900年出生的黄妈仁老人有109岁了，她一脸的笑容总是那么灿烂，像个孩子。因此，村民们给她送了个“菊花美女”的雅称。问起老人每天的饮食，老人平时每餐一大碗玉米粥和一些野菜竹笋类蔬菜。用火麻油炒出的菜很清淡，因为火麻油溶于水，所以炒菜中看不见油花。

 

     我们还拜访了106岁和104岁的“姐妹花”，这姐妹俩手巧的很，纺纱织布且技艺娴熟，手工织的布和围巾用于出售。

 

    凤山县岩溶国家地质公园是以群体方式出现的三门海地下河、天窗、水上天坑群，3000米内连续出现7个规模甚大、景观优美的天窗，洞、水、天三位一体，边壁参天古榕，藤蔓缠绕，垂直丛生的钟乳石和大量的生物岩溶景观，秀丽幽雅跃然而出，令人赏心悦目。划着轻舟，穿行在碧水溶洞之中，真象生活在世外桃园。听者导游悠扬的瑶家山歌，溶洞中美妙的四重回声犹如女声四重唱，久久在山洞中回荡：“巴马世界长寿乡来嘿，我的哥呦，好山好水好地方。山美水美人更美来嘿，我的哥呦，瑶家祖辈不离它……”

    探秘神奇的巴马，给了我们很多有益的启示，总结巴马长寿的秘诀：一是水好、空气好、自然环境好；二是饮食清淡，常食低盐、低塘、低脂肪食物；三是保持心态平和，乡里敬老美德蔚然成风；四是常年劳动和遗传因素；五是当地喀斯特地貌磁场作用。

   

   

    现在，不少人慕名而来，租间房子，住上一年半载，有些糖尿病、心脑血管病等慢性顽症，在这里不治自愈。巴马神奇就神奇在这点上。令人欣慰的是，太原伦嘉公司根据巴马的特点研发了系列高科技产品，“把巴马搬回家”造福更多的人，这个梦想现在变成了现实。感谢巴马，感谢伦嘉！

2009年1月7日 上午2點37分59秒天使之城—洛杉矶 (走进美国之九)

 从华盛顿经过5小时50分的飞行，到达加州西岸的洛杉矶。空中俯瞰洛杉矶郁郁葱葱，一片一片的城镇在绿色的环抱中组合成美国的第二大城市。洛杉矶是由周围80多个城镇板块组成，是世界上最大的城镇组合体。

洛杉矶之名源自西班牙语，意为“天使之城”。它以世界第一流的游乐园—迪斯尼乐园和号称世界影都的好莱坞而蜚声全球。它是美国石油工业、飞机工业、宇航工业、电子工业及银行业蓬勃发展的中心，还是美国西岸的一个重要交通枢纽及贸易港口。

洛杉矶处于地震带上，居民的住房大多是不高于3层的木结构建筑，高楼只集中在市政中心一带，其中最引人注目的是高32层的市政厅，附近还有联邦大楼、法院、警政大楼等。在市政厅西面的音乐中心，建有超水准现代化装置与设计的剧场，经常上演百老汇作品，门前的音乐喷泉是游人休息赏景的好地方。高大挺拔的棕榈树到处可见，彰显出这个城市的活力与浪漫。

唐人街位于市政中心的北面，这里虽不及旧金山唐人街出名，但面积也相当大，街道两旁林立着中国餐馆及特产商店。一座中式挑沿建筑顶上飘着青天白日旗，这是龙冈亲义公所，龙冈是刘/赵/张/关姓氏的同乡会。

洛杉矶的体育设施很完备，我们参观了NBA西部冠军湖人队的主体育馆和1984年第23届奥运会主体育场。体育场前的两个人物塑像很特别，是两个无头男女塑像。因为奥运会是全人类的体育盛会，无法用头部表现出全球人种，所以只能用躯干表现出来。

唐人街南面的奥尔韦拉街，是洛杉矶的发祥地，是墨西哥人的世界，洛杉矶现任市长就是个老墨（墨西哥人）。这条狭窄拥挤的小街到处插着墨西哥国旗，墨西哥餐厅、工艺品和小商品店一家挨一家，露天市场里熙熙攘攘，好不热闹。小街对面的广场不大，时常有老墨的表演，我们凑近时表演已接近尾声，只见头戴插满野鸡翎头饰、上身赤膊披着披肩、腰扎纹饰图案护裙、光脚的脚腕佩带着串铃的舞者们威风凛凛，随着音乐和鼓点的节奏，表演着粗犷豪放的墨西哥舞蹈，脚上的串铃也随着舞动的节奏哗哗作响。随后，头带大边墨西哥帽，身穿红色皮甲克的老墨歌手自弹自唱，一首“嘀哩哩咙咚”的墨西哥旋律歌曲结束了表演。

在洛杉矶逗留期间，我结识了两位朋友，他们给我留下了深刻的印象，至今难以忘怀。

她的中文名字叫李维，金发碧眼，看面相有六七十了，但风韵犹存，是加州大学的教授，美中关系专家。按照日程安排，我们要到她家做客。李维的家很普通，是一座平顶二层小楼，她在家门口迎接我们，迎接我们的还有终日与她为伴的大黄狗。大黄狗见到家里一下来了这么多客人，又摇尾又撒欢。在进门处一只美洲鹦鹉不停地说着“Hello”，一会儿又用中文说 “你好”。李维的家很简朴，基本没有什么装修，客厅不大，书橱里摆满了书和一些中国的小礼品，墙上挂着毛主席在杨家岭的照片和一幅诸葛亮出师表的书法作品，看得出主人对中国的感情不一般。李维最高兴的事是让客人欣赏她的像册。翻开像册她给我们做着介绍，她指着20多年前随福特总统访华时，邓小平、李先念等党和国家领导人在机场迎接的大幅照片说：“邓小平！”照片左起第二人就是李维，当年她头戴礼帽、身穿裘皮大衣、脚下穿高筒皮靴，随总统出访，是何等的风流倜傥。听到我们不绝的赞美，李维非常开心，因为她太孤单寂寞了，丈夫是越南问题专家，去世好多年了，她膝下无儿无女，家里就是黄狗和鹦鹉与她做伴，连说话的人都没有。

中午，李维在社区活动室为我们准备了午餐，美式烤肉、面包甜点、咖啡可乐等。由于下午安排与棕榈泉市政府的官员交流，老美的时间观念很强，我们不能迟到，所以大家只能狼吞虎咽地吃了点就走，这下李维可生气了，大声说着：“No! No!” 我们理解她挽留的心情，理解她这几天因为前总统福特的逝世给她带来的坏心情。这位热心的美国老太太随后自己驾车加入到我们的访问活动中。活动结束后，大家依依不舍地与她告别，知道她爱吸烟，大家拿出“中华”、“熊猫”、“苁蓉”等牌子的香烟送给她，手里拿着“中华”她用中文说：“我爱中华”。我们还送她一些小礼品，她指着猪年生肖纪念币脱口说：“猪八戒！”引来大家一阵的欢笑。

结识黑人朋友菲利克斯是在我们住的假日酒店。结束了一天访问活动的我们，大家都早早休息了，我和同事小朱在酒店门口散步，小朱弯腰从地上捡起一样东西，仔细一看是一粒子弹。在美国什么东西都能买到，包括枪械等物品，我曾在洛杉矶大型商场里见到卖各种军警器械用品，有各军种警种的徽章、肩牌、手铐、警棍等，六角警用胸徽做工精细，20多美元一个，手铐价格从23至70多不等。只要有美国合法身份证明，到枪支专卖店登记，经查没有不良记录，半月后就可买到枪了。因此，在美国捡到子弹就不足为奇了。小朱准备把子弹扔进垃圾桶，我让他交给酒店保安。保安是个中年黑人，长得粗壮结实，自己有一部大排量的凯迪拉克车子。我们把子弹交给了他，他掏出自己腰间的手枪和子弹一比，子弹规格一样。随后我们连比划带中英文结合地聊起来，他拿出收藏的中国警察臂章给我们看，并与我们交换了名片，他叫菲利克斯，对中国很友好，他伸出拇指说：“中国！北京！毛泽东！”

一次在餐馆就餐，我身后排着三位身高在1米90左右长得很标志的青年白人警察，我问他们是警察吗，他们回答是，我说：你们真棒！其中一人从皮夹中拿出几张印制精美的七角形图案贴标送给我和同伴。从贴标看，他们是加州高速公路的巡警。通过访问、交流和日常生活中与一些不同年龄段和不同阶层的美国人接触，我感受到随着祖国的强盛和国际威望的不断提高，美国人民对中国的友好之情也在随之升温，作为中国人，我们应该感到自豪和骄傲。

        华盛顿哥伦比亚特区是美国的首都，位于波托马克河和阿纳卡斯蒂亚河汇流处，人口约80万，是美国政治文化中心。美国国家的最高立法、行政和司法机关都设在这里。华盛顿是一座历史名城，纪念碑多、铜像多、雕塑多，为城市一大特色。历史上许多著名事件和人物活动都发生于此，特区内拥有世界最大的博物馆15个，搜集了全球和全人类发展史上几乎所有的文化遗产资料。

  华盛顿还是世界上环境和绿化最好的城市之一。进入华盛顿市区，波托马克河畔成群的大雁、野鸭自由自在地在岸边和水中嬉戏，大尾松鼠在树丛间跳跃，樱花树环绕在潮汐湖畔，苍松翠柏掩映着葱绿的草坪。

  蓝天白云下，首先映入我们眼睑的是华盛顿纪念碑，它象一把利剑直刺云端。该纪念碑是为纪念美国第一任总统乔治·华盛顿而建成的，高达169米，为全市最高的建筑。

 白宫是美国的总统府，是总统办公和居住的地方。白宫始建于1792年，1800年建成。1814年被英军烧毁，1817年重建。因为它是用石灰石建成，粉刷成白色，故被称为白宫。

 

 

       位于波托马克河畔的林肯纪念堂，为古希腊巴特农神庙式的白色建筑。纪念堂呈长方形，四周有36根圆柱围绕，象征林肯总统被刺时组成合众国的36个州。大堂中央安放着林肯总统的大理石坐像。两旁的石壁上分别刻有林肯在盖捷茨堡的演说全文及总统的就职演讲词。

 <独立宣言>起草人杰斐逊总统纪念堂在林肯纪念堂以南，正面是潮汐湖，左边是波托马克河，右边是华盛顿河。建于1943年，是为了庆祝杰斐逊总统诞辰200周年而建，为爱奥尼亚式万神殿建筑。大堂中央有杰斐逊的青铜全身像，高达5.77米，他目视的前方正是白宫。 

罗斯福纪念堂是座开放式建筑,由四个部分组成，寓意他在1933年至1945年四届连任总统，他在二战期间，与英、苏结成同盟，他采取建设国内高速公路、拉动内需等一系列措施，解决了就业和经济危机等问题，使美国的经济高速发展。他是一位坐在轮椅上受人尊敬的总统。

二战纪念碑、朝鲜战争纪念塑像、越战墙等纪录了美国的一段历史，充满了政治气息。

被视作美国象征的国会大厦，座落在国会山脚下，建于1873年，是美国国会的办公大楼。这座有半球形圆顶的大厦是模仿古罗马建筑风格的雄伟建筑物，两翼展开，左翼是参议院，右翼是众议院。今天众议院开会，右翼升起了国旗。

 从纽约到华盛顿有5个多小时的车程，一路上边看风景边欣赏着车上收音机播放的美国流行音乐，强烈节奏感的打击乐使人处于亢奋的状态，大家没有丝毫因长途乘车带来的倦意，都在细细地品味着异国的风情和文化。有人提议换首中国的音乐听听，从CD机里传出了大家耳熟能详的《十送红军》这首老歌，和着悠扬委婉的旋律，大家情不自禁地也跟着唱了起来:一送那个红军……在美国能听到《十送红军》，大家感到特别的亲切。

经过两个多小时，我们到达了宾夕法尼亚州的费城，费城全称费拉德尔菲亚(Philadelphia)，它位于特拉华河岸，市区面积350多平方公里，人口160多万，是美国第五大城市。费城是美国的历史名城，是美利坚合众国的诞生地，在美国开国史上占有光辉的地位。1776年7月8日，美国《独立宣言》在费城独立广场第一次向世人宣读，费城成为临时首都。路过费城，独立宫、自由钟等具有革命意义的建筑物和纪念物是一定要看的。

进入费城市区，一座橘红色抽象金属纪念碑吸引了大家的眼球，这座雕塑是为纪念伟大的发明家、政治家富兰克林探索雷电奥秘，发明了避雷针而塑。富兰克林初到费城时一文不名，他靠着自己的天分和努力，终成一代名人。作为政治家，他在大陆会议和制宪会议上做了大量的工作，为合众国的诞生成长立下不朽的功勋。

广场旁边，一座现代化的钢架玻璃房子，里面陈列着自由钟。据说江泽民总书记访美时安排参观此钟，因有其他的事情，临时改变了行程。想看到这口神秘的自由钟，要经过不亚于登机的严格安检。进入陈列大厅，一口高1米多，重约1吨的“自由钟”呈现在我们眼前，这口钟没什么特别，还有一道长长的裂口，1776年7月8日，人们在独立广场欢庆《独立宣言》诞生时，伴随他们欢呼声的，就是这响亮的钟声。

因为还要赶路，第一面美国国旗制作人—女裁缝罗丝夫人的小楼、富兰克林府邸、费城美术馆等场所就来不及参观了。在去华盛顿途中休息时，我们顺便到耐克工厂的直销店购物。美国市场上卖的耐克旅游鞋，质量好，价格相对国内同品牌的要便宜，工厂的直销店就更便宜一些，还有打折或搞活动优惠。耐克旅游鞋是美国的名牌，但美国本土不生产，都是第三世界国家生产的，质量最好的是中国生产的，其次是印度尼西亚，再次是越南。今天运气不错，商店因有些鞋号不全，实行买二送一，买第一双鞋是个优惠价，第二双的价钱是第一双的半价，三双鞋花两双的价钱。一双耐克鞋合下来才三四十美元。

在美国大型商场、超市看到物美价廉、琳琅满目的食品、纺织品、家电、服装、鞋帽、百货、玩具、纪念品等等生活必须品，大部分是“Made in china”,就连酒店内的收音机、电熨斗、咖啡壶等也是“Made in china”，作为中国人，我引以自豪。这说明世界相信中国，相信中国制造。据了解，中国质优价廉的生活必需品，为美国中低收入的家庭提高了生活质量5-10个百分点。

我们的车继续往西南方向行驶，双向10车道的高速公路上，来往的车辆犹如滚滚铁流，又象是倾泻而下的瀑布，天暗下来，对向来车白灯耀眼(美国交规白天也可开大灯)，同向车流红灯闪烁，景象十分的壮观。随着滚滚的车流，我们又一次唱响了《十送红军》这首歌，向着首都华盛顿—前进！

2009年1月7日 上午2點21分28秒世界之都—纽约 (走进美国之六)

从旧金山到纽约，横跨美国本土西东，空中时间大约5个半小时。由于飞机晚点，在当地时间晚11点多到达纽约上空。飞机开始下降，俯瞰灯火辉煌的纽约一眼望不到边，城市太大了，据说飞机场就有7个。我们乘坐的航班降落在纽瓦克国际机场。

纽约位于哈得孙河口，由中心区和周围的多个卫星城市组成，市区总面积达950多平方公里，是美国最大的工商业城市、对外贸易中心和海港,也是美国的象征和橱窗。

自由女神像是纽约的标志，伫立在哈得孙河口的自由岛上，是1886年法国所赠，用以纪念美国获得自由独立，以及象征法国在美国独立战争期间支持美国的不朽友谊。女神像高46米，底座高45米，是世界上最大的巨型铜像之一。

位于曼哈顿东河西岸的联合国总部,是一块不属于任何国家的“国际领土”,包括联合国大会大厦、三个理事会会议大厦、秘书大厦及图书馆。在会议大厦里，可以欣赏到各成员国或私人团体及个人赠送给联合国的纪念品。中国赠送的一件工艺复杂的象牙雕刻—成昆铁路也陈列在此。

曼哈顿区是纽约的象征及精华所在，华尔街从头到尾120个门牌，清一色的摩天大楼林立，是与伦敦齐名的国际金融中心。到华尔街,这头铜牛是必看的,铜牛寓意着牛市。

世贸双子大厦遗址前,展示着“9.11”事件的图片,网围外挂着一些花环,不时有人前来追思哀悼。“ My father! My father!”一个中年黑人妇女一声声悲凉地呼唤, 和着铿锵的打桩机打桩声,震撼着所有在场人们的心!

百老汇位于曼哈顿41街至52街之间的时报广场一带,这里是举世闻名的娱乐场所集中地,众多著名剧院、电影院舞厅、夜总会和无数的商店云集在此，1000个座位以上的大戏院就有40家。入夜的曼哈顿车水马龙灯火辉煌,时报广场一带的繁华百年来经久不衰,闪烁的霓虹交相辉映,巨大的视频广告流光溢彩，不夜城的壮观景象让人叹为观止。

举世闻名的第五大道,是美国时尚和财富的代名词,大道两旁豪华的商店、高级公寓鳞次栉比,珠光宝气透过橱窗放射着耀眼夺目的光芒,百年老街彰显着这里的奢华,同样的商品拿到这条街上卖,价钱马上翻好几翻。

站在异国他乡的大街上，孤独的我想起了姜文主演的《北京人在纽约》这部电视剧，耳边仿佛响起了“归来吧，归来呦”费翔委婉又略带悲怆的的歌声……
