Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's criticism of the International Criminal Court, describing what the justice of the appalling and disgusting arrest warrant in respect of the Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir. He called on Chavez, who is participating in the work of the Arab Summit Latin second joint meeting in the Qatari capital Doha, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrant against former U.S. President George W.
