I found that the working atmosphere isn't so good...
Some colleagues don't like the SCW very much....
Personally ... I though he's not that great in being a Boss...
Especially, his voice would fill up whole office while he is angry...

But I do think he is a great teacher in the classroom...
He is willing to teach you everythings ...

In fact, it's hard to work with this Boss...
