My city has a Plan to reduce energy use and our contribution to Climate Change. Years were spent planning and creating our Plan. City Hall adopted the plan last year. Groups of residents were eager to see the Plan adopted.
Now we have record energy prices and Climate trouble are headline news quite often. Yet our Plan is ignored. The groups of residents who were so eager to see the Plan adopted are suddenly silent.
