well i love kendo because it is really a physically and mentally challenging form of martial art. Really i love this modern form of the japanese martial art which is way known as THE WAY OF SWORD. In india we have our form of martial art named as KAALARI PAZHATTU, a very primitive form of sword fight that was found centuries long that involve alot of physical flexibity and mental sharpness.
Google for kerala india u will know more at my Homeland. Well its seems u perform kendo and u do really have an amazing physique that i really dream to have.
