Imagine...,
Think of a moment,
a moment of pride.
A wonderful time,
a place of joy and smiles.
Laughter and happines,
all if the best.
That's what i try
to imagine everyday.
A shoulder to cry on,
when you need to shed tears.
An ear to listen to you,
when you let out your fears.
Friends by your side,
holding your hand.
That's what i wish and
hoped i had.
A reassuring smile
brightening your day.
Words of advice,
showing you the way.
Going in through you,
clearing your head.
That's what i pray for,
before i go to bed.
Comforting words,
soothing the pain.
Having someone to cover you,
when your in the rain.
Having someone help you up,
when you feel down in a fight.
That's what i dream of,
throughout all the night.
I go to sleep with hope,
even though hope is no use.
I imagine all of those things,
wishing they come true.
Searching for the brightest star,
praying for the rest.
Yet i know that this
is all for the best.
Note: sometimes you dont have what you want, Yet you hold on to hope, Even when its running thin.
