Heya, I just finished performing "Spring" from "Four Seasons" in the Lawrence House Chapel Service. god I had a stomachache throughout the whole service because I was nervous! Plus, my tights had a big hole (I accidentally ripped it during breakfast and couldn't have any time to change) and it was pretty embarrassing. Leading the piece as First Violin was quite tough as well. But anyway, it was a good experience (although my tension partially, or wholly.. ruined my vibrato!) because I know that sooner or later I need to get fully used to performing in public, since my violin exams are coming up.

Um... not much to say really. Except I'm coming back home in about 3 weeks time! (Specifically, 3 more weekends!) I'm so excited man. Fukuoka de "kuidaore" shini ikou...Motsunabe-ya and Hakata-ramen tabemakuruyo.. I live in Fukuoka-city which was basically a castle town, and I live 5 minutes away from the ruins of the castle. The cherry blossoms are just amazing there, and I'm looking forward to see them again this holiday.

they're planning a familiy trip this time to Kagoshima. Well yeah, that's like the only prefecture in Kyushu that we haven't been yet, and it seems interesting. Uchira Onsen no tameni yoku Kumamoto and Oita ikukedo, Kagoshima wa mada... demo kagoshima tte nani ga yuumei nano?? Saigo Takamori.. gurai shika wakaran.. I think I better go to do my Biology revision cuz I seem to be running out of words again....lol

that chemistry test was frikkin HARD!!!! i managed to finish them but the only reason i was progressin quite smoothly was because i had nothin else to fill in!! that test was full of blanks man. i just SO want to CRY.. anyways, 2 hours after my chemistry was this ECD..ICL ..whatever test, it's this thing the school analyzes to find out to what extent the teaching ability is making influence on sixth-form students, like us. it's basically a general knowledge/non-verbal sorta thing. i'm sorry roedean, but this chemistry test didn't make my day and i seriously couldn't be bothered to tire my brain anymore, so i filled in the multiple choices by using patterns. because it really pisses me off!!! do i have a life? ... i guess not. seeing myself typing continuous entries of tests tests and exams and exams.. and now im being such a HIMAJIN sleeping for 3 hours and missing supper. im hungry.

there is one encouraging event comin up tho- DANCE PARTY!!!! the keswick house girls are meant to have one this saturday at Worth School but apparently a few girls from lawrence house sent off letters to various public schools (in england this means, private schools) like eton, harrow, tonbridge, st. pauls,winchester, lancing (is dat a public school? well i dunno), Rugby... Sevenoaks... Rugby had already rejected this tho. it would be really cool if this really happens cuz i haven't been to danpa's since LOWER FIVE summer term at our school and that one was kuso tsumaran katta.

i really miss home now. wanna see my bro!!!! tteka saikin nande ka shiranai kedo CONAN ni hamatterundakedo? toku ni kudo shinichi.. ok, it's only an anime character i know... these mainland chinese girls bring back TONNES of vcds and the majority of them are like conan.. LOL demo gekijouban conan meccha ii. Saikin ato my bro and i are reading urayasu tekkin kazoku.. i dun wanna really collect them one by one, cuz they're pretty disgusting and namanamashii byousha, but i suddenly noticed this winter that we had more than 10 books of em already piled neatly on the shelf. ITSUNOMANI!? arehodo kazu ni kauna tte ittetanoni...its nothin but kudaranai stuff. but when i was in maruzen at kansai airport b4 flying to Heathrow, kizukeba nanka tekkin kazoku te ni totteta... i met up with azusa in the lounge, and we ended up laughing our butts off with this kudaran thing. are, gehin dakedo, nanka shiranai kedo UKERUyo!!

the school weeks over... just came back from my Open University tutorial by Dr. Walton... time consuming this is, but it's those typical things i could add to my personal statement....ok i really dunno what to write about... oh yeah, watanabe ken, was it the golden globe awards he was nominated for, or did he already get nominated for oscars... or... well i have no idea. apparently his daughter is a popular model for non-no, called an watanabe. sugoi kawaii to omou. so surprising to find that she was his daughter, but i knew the instant i saw her i felt this o-ra surrounding her....

zhu ya came up to me today saying that her temperature was down to 32 degrees. i was like, what the hell!? asked to take her pulse rate, it was 60 beats per minute. she certainly claims her thermometer was accurate because she's already compared with her teacher's temperatures...the weird thing is how she's still on her feet, getting over with one chemistry test one and a half hours long. i really don't understand... ive always known what would happen to people when their temperatures are above 37, but what happens to people when their temperatures are below 32....?

the major event coming up are university fair at sussex university. apparently our school allows us to visit up to 3 open days next term.. i've decided to go to King's College London with alex, Leeds with johnny and alex, then possibly another college of the london university.. anyway.. better go to supper now...

Haaalloo....Having break at the moment. Biology is a bit boring today, but luckily the teacher seems to have forgotten that we were meant to have a diagnostic test on the WHOLE topic of the heart, up to what we've gone through. been thinkin about the SJIS reunion we had in December... Meccha tanoshikatta! I just stayed for like what 4 hours, but still..I met a lot of ppl that I hadn't seen for nearly 7 years... Some of them turning out to be completely different types of ppl. The girls weren't that different tho. Maki iwaku, "Kosei afureru hitotachi". Even if they look like absolute betsujin, natsukashikatta. Wataru toka, toku ni Satoshi toka... !! Hawaii no SJIS crew ga ichiban warui toka itte, sonna ni uchira gurete shimattanoka-? Tomofumi wa anma kawatte nakattana-. I was happy to hear from him, sukoshi nagara teremashita.

edit. just now been reading thru my old entries. and i came to realize how different my views toward others have been a few months ago...seriously, its bit weird that i mentioned my maths teacher should be sacked in one of my previous entries...i hope it wasn't what i meant deep from my heart cuz i think he's brilliant. now that he hes retired, replaced by a young teacher known to have recieved 150 valentines cards one year, sort of had a year off from Roedean because he wanted to master snake hunting in South Africa. he's unique, putting it in a nicer way. anyways my new teacher isn't that bad afterall. at least i find mechanics more interesting than statistics...

I have TWO modules in January!!!And now my precious winter hols....Well I know I've spent my 5 days with a friend taking her around shopping in Tokyo, which was a blast, but I really have to stop using my time playing around.....I'll still meet SJIS ppl on the 27th, cuz I haven't met them for many yrs.

Chrismas Eve was eating "motsunabe" with my mom. Demo meccha umakatta. Yappa Fukuoka saikou. Christmas wa "nizukuri". Teka ashita Tokyo ikukara....

i'm fiiiiinnally going back tomorrow. woohooo. I'm sharing a taxi with 2 other girls, Peony and Azusa. I'm really stressed out about not being able to finish my biology planning. I have to stay up all night to do it.......

27th ka 28th ni SJIS no dousoukai ga arurashii! ikitaiyouna, embarrassing na youna... I dunno, it's just unbelievable that I'm getting to meet old classmates that I haven't met for 7 years or so. I still don't know what on earth they're planning to do....tabun nomikai deshouka.

i completely forgot my YE shift timetable so now i'm back in the DT centre again... I'm so hungry! I might want to order Chinese today again...we've only got another weekend till we break up for christmas!! i forgot about christmas cards.. nah i might just forget about it unless someone gives it to me. i have to start thinkin about writing new years cards (nengajyo) anyway.

i had tennis today. Mrs. Shaw recommended me to take individual lessons along with my shared lessons (i have tennis twice per week then) as she mentioned that i should try out for the tennis team....whoa... well, ofcourse the members in tennis team r so much experienced, and ive only learned it for 3 months. but at least she is taking this seriously for me...i was really happy about it... at least i cud try! i'm really glad to have a good teacher.

my violin teacher told me that i should take grade 8 violin next yr, without doing grade 7!!! im so skipping all the exams.... dats quite daunting but i need to practise really hard now.... sob

luckily maki k. is coming back to jpn on the 19th, i could see her!!

Ahh...I have chemistry assessment test tomorrow ...*dead* My mom didn't wanna accept the fact I�m flyin to Tokyo a lot more earlier than she anticipated because 1. I won�t study much. 2. My grandmother�s house is too cold / the heating is broken 3. She wanted to invite Margaret to Fukuoka actually. 5. If something happens to us in the city it�s their responsibility, but they can�t be around there.

BUT finally, she said I can thru email... hihihi Kazu and Okaasan is coming on the 26th so I have like 10 days with my granny. I really can't wait till I get back to Fukuoka and shop in Tokyo... I so miss sushi. Apparently there might be a Sixth Form dance/dinner sooner or later... Hahah We finally get to socialize..
I have to revise now�EGo back to Lawrence Hse, have some toast and get on workin.

Half term is coming- Life is okay. I really need to start study for my assessments and the fact that I'm having loads of exams really pressurizes me. Today was Speech Day so I kinda had to play my violin with the string orchestra... I really think it was boring... but the guest speaker was good; what I've heard of, was the first woman President of the Royal Association of Medicine... or something like that.. I don't even know if that name exists....

I really cant wait till I get back to Japan... Azusa's going back to Kansai airport w/ meeee- I've yooyaku found a person I can go back to Japan with.. It's quite lonely sitting back on an uncomfortable economy class seat while trying to sleep in the best possible position... It's sometimes good to have friends next to eachother....especially when it's a half-day journey...

eDiT* I met so many old classmates on MSN yesterday...Since I never get to come online except during the hols.. Motoko was online man! I never ever see her online tho, it was quite surprising. I had this American college talk thingy in the evening with Mrs. Eileen Penman (was it?) She's really enthusiastic. A typical American seems a tonne more enthusiastic than the British... British ppl here talk so posh...well..atleast in my school....neither that is good nor bad

Haven't updated for a while... Urr anyways, yeth I joined Young Enterprise. The problem gets to the reality of time management - I do a LOT of activities at the moment and I'm just hoping I won't panick. (Although I am already..) Open University, 3 musical activities, 4 sports, YE. and finally, my 4 AS levels. The activities I'm doing are all out of interest with a few of my compulsory stuff such as violin (i need it for my ucas points) so I don't feel that bored, I'm kept busy. I'm a bit worried if it gets too overloaded but I'll try to forget the number of activities I'm doing and get on with my life.

School is quite fun. The sea is soooo niceee!

School is quite fun. The sea is soooo niceee!! I have a double lesson only afternoon, so I'll stay in my room, gaze over the blue ocean, listen to music and do my prep at the same time Yesterday was Basketball club. It was fun, it's been ages since I actually had a game. I was also meant to have Lacrosse before basketball but I'll go next week.

I wish I was good at Go as well, but Kazu says I'm crap. I'm beginning to realize that Kazu is actually a really good bro for me, and I haven't had a major physical fight with him for 2 years. Some small fights only. I did a lot for him during the summer holidays too, my parents were quite surprised. Mrs. Chick was saying how people usually get along better with their siblings as they get older, but I think it's true
