  • Jeremy... Haha. One of the funniest people I know. He's nice to chat with. Oh yeah, and he has the most gorgeous singing voice. A very understanding guy, a good listener too. Movie freak. that's why it's nice watching movies with him. :)

Possibly the ONLY thing i love about Manchester! Cheap movies... haha...

U see. I'm in Manchester. But i dun like Manchester United and i dun like clubbings very much.

Corner House, AMC, Filmworks... and.... ODEON MANCHESTER!!!

Watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

The two Charlie Kaufman's screenplays directed by MV director Spike Jones have been very successful. Being John Malkovich first brought the audience into Kaufman's imaginery world. It is funny and weird. A half florr office. A portal to Malkovich's brain. In adaptation, the struggling screenwriter's mind brought us into a half screenplay half reality world.

With Michel Gondry, Charlie Kaufman combines the real world with the world in your memory. You can run from memory to memory without order. Instead seeing imaginary things in the real world, Joel (Jim Carrey) had to face and change reality in his dream.

I am not going to tell your anything about the story. I hate people telling me the story before I watch it. Especially Kaufman's stories, so creative, so clever. I wish I have his talents.

You have created an imaginery world which doesn't make any fucking sense at all but at the same time the story itself is so well-organised, so well-designed.

A movie is good while I had finished it, went back home, sit down and think about the movie again, keep finding out more and more interesting things in it, realising more implications... anyway it doesn't make me love it at once but makes me love it more and more after I've watched it.

I had written something about memory here in my xanga before. This movie is about the value of memories. How tragic it is to lose memory before you die? How strongly people want to forget about something.

(for people who had already watched it) The ending, if you were them, will you go on? I think most of you will. Human are just crazy when they are in love.

Finally, I always love Jim Carrey. Doesn't really have to do with his acting. But I liked him since I was small.

(oh and can i please have a girlfriend like Kirsten Dunst... please~?)
