today's another nice day, that i went to hav lunch with an american friend somewhere near concorde, tho it's kinda expensive for it costs nine euro for me to hav a sandwich thing, here sandwich means...bread...huge french bread, with ham n cheese, then we share another dish of fries, pretty nice place, very paris restaurant, n the most important thing is that the service is super good there, then after that, we strolled around paris, from the 1er arrondisement to the 7th, pretty nice, especially when here finally is not cold anymore, and there's finally like sun shinning...so pretty nice, paris is super nice when it's not cold, then ya dun needa like shiverin n can look up da sky haha
n ma american friend is like still taken aback that there's a dog inside the boutique, he says there's never gonna be that in da states..of cos there's never be in hong kong, i used to find that there're jst so many dogs on street in hong kong but ya know what, paris jst got sooooooooo many dogs!!! ya can always find ppl taking their dogs with them on metro, on streets, in the shops..basically, jst every where...n together with the waste they bring along..so ma dear friends, i'm like almost having ma phobia towards dog removed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!especially after days n days walkin in paris streets..so tis blessed fa me haha
oh yes, and tis time i'm in that louvre metro station, there's a gal playin piano, those electric piano that we used to hav when we got choir practice..haha, kinda nice, i like tis way of metro...makes the journey great haha..apart from the times that they hav ppl shouting that they're so poor that you should really help them, n it doesnt cost much for you to help, n you should be helping them cos ya got excess or so...metro journey can be real nice
n finally manage to get back that dhl package, i actually like needa rush back or else i will jst miss that, and they will be like resend to hong kong, and that double the costs, cos of picking tis thing up, i actually like cant go out to musee zadkine, so make that tmr then
friday nite
dinner in crous with hong kong ppl staying in sciences po, actually there're like seven of us, plus another jap guy, called "sadda" joining, so there're altogether 2 from hong kong u, another two from cu, then three from bu, it's actually the first time fa me to meet every one, n after dinner, we went ta a pub in bastille, which is very nice, they actually hav live music, guitar thing, that pub is pretty cuba style tho...the mood there is nice, and we really hav nice good chat there
oh yes n when we're on our way from mabillon, that is the place we had dinner near sch, to bastille, there actually were people singing rap music, with mic on metro...tis da first time that i actually see ppl singing rap on metro, usually there're only ppl playing violin..n some other musical instruments (which i duno their names) on da train, so kinda different..but i dun quite like that..rap...whatever..
yes n turned out that gal from hku is actually a ST.MARIAN!!!! n she used to be dp head..tho i really dun hav an idea..but it's fun, and it's like st. mary's life we're talkin bout hahah, very nice, it's a really small world afterall haha

so after spendin the afternoon in ma room with those readings on EU LAW...so defeated in front of every single terms...so novice in tis area...n find out that eu should be called European Community ec instead...n a hell loads of treaty names...but feel like really hav learnt a lot..duno why ma appetite today is so huge...havin so much bread without even goin out...
start ta feel da pressure of studyin in sciences po...cos there're really a lot ta learn, esp ma knowledge on those stuff is entirely zero...i am jst such an amateur in irish, american n european politics
then start doin a bit of calculations n housekeepin stuff...n discovered that i will be pennyless by de end of next week!!! cos i needa pay THE RENT...which is FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY EUROS...kill me, so painful ta hand in da sum ta that office lady...
forget it, thinkin ta visit another musee tmr, which is free of cos, haha, these days, i'm so fascinated in flippin thru those travel bk n DISCOVER anyplace that in paris that doesnt require me ta pay ahah, feel good~ oh hav i told ya guys that musee carnavalet that i went yesterday was also always zero entrance fee?haha
n i'm so waiting every first sunday of da month for free entry to national musee...so prob, louvre, musse d'orsay will hav ta wait...haha...ya know those musee visits can be very much a wallet eroder...ai...

wednesday:
go to sth like co-opt store thing at sch which they got the readings fotocopied for ya then i gotta spend five euros in getting a copy, shit that there's one french journal in that pile of readings, then sch work is really busy here, needa finish reading three chapters on law suff before goin next lecture...and today is real bad fa bad, cos i woke up LATE..i overslept then the time was seven thirty when i supposed should be on RER already...then i was like running like hell from cite to the station, then ya know what, the train actually stopped on the quai for like five minutes, real shit..then the professor jst inch me when i got in da classroom la..ai..he is a chinese american, n that was a only twenty sth ppl class, an english taught master class on American Health Policy actually it's nice bout the lecture, but tonnes of assignments, both reading n listenin ...really should spend much more time on sch, cos i'm still in that travel mood even now..
then it's like i hav finsihed tis week's class, without goin ta any french class yet!fantastic!!!! hahha then i go to that admin office to finally get everything fixed for my student card, n i can finally get that next lundi...monday, good, feel good that things are really done..but dun feel safe until i really got that card in my palm..too risky n too bucucreatic here
things can be go to musee today, it's French history musee, somewhere near bastille they jst got a lot of entries, and i should really hav ma french history revised before goin there!!! all those a level stuff i hav studied, bout july monarchy, napoleon, fr revolution, n a lot more, so good a visit, very rewarding, wonderful...
then walk around bastille, in cold weather like that!! hhaha, been ta opera bastille, wonderful.. i cant stand cold weather like tis with ma cold, so back ta cite, ma residence to hav those crous dinner, nice that i got good cheese...finish the main course with duno what i hav actually consumed, cos like..that "rice" thing smells like rice, look like potato stuff...forget it as long as it tastes not too bad haha
finally cant stand nmore, take some more pills n go to bed~
tuesday:
what i got...yes, one hour english lecture...n thas it, good, met a couple friends, feel god, then what i got is only one hour class tis day..so easy a schedule, but with tonnes of readings, very american, with all those jokes thing, but feel like he's really very smart, btw, chairs in lecture hall in hku are really very comfortable haha, only got chair made in WOOD here...no soft chair at all haha..
then i cook dinner maself after goin ta franprix ta fetch some food, i hav fried egg n bacon, plus rice in tomato sauce, nice, n a yoghurt with cane sugar for dessert, jst wonderful haha
monday:
first day sch at eight in the morning, then discovered the two hours french tutorial class n eu law has been cancelled, feel sooooo nice ahahha, cos i dun needa hav that class wit for like two hours before havin the other class, tried to get the student card done, but cant, cos the insurance thing doesnt work for me, so still needa wait for letter from hk for any sorta confirmation, ai..super troublesome...

yesterday i went ta centre prompidou, watched the exhitbition of sophie calle, really amazed by her imagination to do all those projects, like asking private detective ta follow her life, waiting outside the atm machine and asked ppl how much they earn, which french ppl hate answering tis question, and what else, asked ppl to come to her place to sleep and picture them, really nice
boat trip sailin across river seine is jst wonder, it's at nite, freezing ta death tho
gosh, it's already very nice, jst ta walk around da city, ya can find so much great bldg

ta ma luvly little sis,
i know ya've been feelin bad these days cos of da family stuff...but sometimes, what ya can do is jst let go rite? dun think too much, let it be..
then feel that ya're bit tensed, stressed n nervous fa ya studies these days, i know how da comin exam means ta ya...but jst try ya best, ta be frank, ya're far from da supposed-working-hard level, think ya still needa spend much much more time on ya study, forget all sorta internet connection or tv...tis jst da reminder, i'm not sayin that ya've been watchin a lot of tv n spend much time on da pc, but ma words are just SPEND LESS ON THEM AND MORE ON YA BOOKS N NOTES!!!!
i knoe da possible expectation on ya..n i really duno how ta help ya out..jst drop me msg when ya're happy or sad...i will reply ga!
so perhaps what i worry most when i'm in france is you, jst take very good care of yaself, make a habit of healthy living, sleep early n balance diet, i know these jst sounds sooo stupid n "lou tou" ta ya...but it's true, trust ya good sis fa one last time?
hmmm...when ya're angry of what hav happened ta ya...jst mark da date n i will giv ya sth back in return?
