Why do people cry when they hear the word goodbye in a love song

its because of the sadness of losing something, it reminds us we are not immortal

the reason why people cry when they hear the word goodbye in a love song...cause it reminds of the past love ...specially first love, true love or buried love...one time in their life, he/she met somebody so special kind of relationship and a different kind of happiness they felt for each other...not knowing that one day it will come to an end...the song lyrics just right for them...:))
