ZORPIA ANNOUNCEMENT: New Rule Against Trolling in Forums
Here in Zorpia, our topmost priority is giving our users the best possible online experience. We do not hesitate to make changes and additions to our features and rules if we feel there is a need and if we believe that it could benefit the community as a whole. In relation to this, we added a few sections to our Terms of Service (TOS) that includes TOS B-15 Trolling in response to reports against frequent offenders trolling on purpose to kill the flow of topic discussions in the forum. Zorpia decided to implement this new rule to make forum topic conversations more meaningful.
What is trolling? Our TOS states that:
Trolling includes controversial, irrelevant, unsubstantiated comments intended to annoy, antagonize, provoke other users into emotional response or disrupt the flow of topic discussion.
Which Forums Are Covered by The New Rule?
All forums are covered with the exception of the Attention Seekers and Rate Me Lunatics forum.
When will the new rule be implemented?
Zorpia will gradually enforce the new rule starting on November 2008. Trolling contents posted after November 2008 will be handled by our Forum Administrators.
What will our Forum Administrators do?
They will immediately remove posted contents that may be perceived as trolling including but not limited to topics replies, comments, images and homepages.
What to do when you see trolling posts?
If you see posts considered as trolling, please use our report links or you may send us a private message at admin account and we will review and take appropriate action based on your report as soon as we can.

okay here is the question for zorpia team how far does it have to go with threats and criminating things nbe sent to someone before zorpia does something to staiten the situation?????????????
how much someone have torerate before action is taken
here the deal a man that is also a hacker and threatening person first sent me a comment to my page saying this and i blocked him after he was treat me badly keep in mind i not even knew him:

he also posted very vulgure comments on pics on my page and real bad things that also why i blocked him after i blocked him he made a fake account and used me and my husband pics and he posted very bad comments right on the pics saying things like " i am respectful woman.... sex in the outdoors" and he used me and my husband names as the screenname and i posted comment asking him remove the pics and remove the screenname and he was post vulgure comments to peoples pics from the fake account acting as if he was me he wrote me threats from the fake account saying things like i need say sorry for blocking him and things and if i report him to zorpi and have him terminated he will do worse things to me he keeps send me threats i block him and he hacks and unblocks it and he also makes other accounts to continue to treat me i have reported him numerous times and pasted all the prrof of the threats to zorpia team and they yet have done nothing to make this man stop see the threats and things and now tell me what need be done PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!
he even posted on the fake page a bunch things acting as if he is me and my husband :

he even tryed send message saying if i report him he will tell zorpia team i stoled the pics from him and yesterday i did submit a verified zorpia pic that is still pending to proof these pics are really my pics of me and my husband abdullah and i made this page awhile back and the fake page was only made yesterday and i loaded the pics on my page a couple weeks ago :
