ZORPIA ANNOUNCEMENT: New Rule Against Trolling in Forums

Here in Zorpia, our topmost priority is giving our users the best possible online experience. We do not hesitate to make changes and additions to our features and rules if we feel there is a need and if we believe that it could benefit the community as a whole. In relation to this, we added a few sections to our Terms of Service (TOS) that includes TOS B-15 Trolling in response to reports against frequent offenders trolling on purpose to kill the flow of topic discussions in the forum. Zorpia decided to implement this new rule to make forum topic conversations more meaningful.


What is trolling? Our TOS states that:

Trolling includes controversial, irrelevant, unsubstantiated comments intended to annoy, antagonize, provoke other users into emotional response or disrupt the flow of topic discussion.

Which Forums Are Covered by The New Rule?

All forums are covered with the exception of the Attention Seekers and Rate Me Lunatics forum.

When will the new rule be implemented?

Zorpia will gradually enforce the new rule starting on November 2008. Trolling contents posted after November 2008 will be handled by our Forum Administrators.

What will our Forum Administrators do?

They will immediately remove posted contents that may be perceived as trolling including but not limited to topics replies, comments, images and homepages.

What to do when you see trolling posts?

If you see posts considered as trolling, please use our report links or you may send us a private message at admin account and we will review and take appropriate action based on your report as soon as we can.
