No big deal, people can just use proxies or IP address changers. Sure it will go slower, but that won't necessarily stop some people.

also, I've been told about some people who use zorpia while at work, the business they work for can have their ip hidden or encrypted, so would be impossible to ban a user this way via ip banning.

So then what is the solution?

unfortunately, I don't think there really is any quick fix in this situation.
only to continue to delete and ban the zorpia account itself of the offending user, until they tire of creating new ones, which, may not work either since, going by examples such as shrey and haku, it doesn't seem to bother some, who seem to be in constant competition as to how many times they have be banned and returned.. lol

Well it's a lame solution(banning IP) ....people can use proxies for surfing zorpia...like frm sites like --> proxy.org which alone has more than 6000 proxy servers....also in most cases u will b blocking the "dynamic IP" nd not the "static IP" of the members(which dosen't makes any sense)....apart frm this people can have access frm public places or offices. Lol....if u see my logg history u will find that during the day i log from UK, US and India...because i use dedicated servers(direct line) frm these countries while I m @ office....hell i can use tunneling(if u know about virtual PCs and proxy client like ccproxy) and can not even show my real IP address to you or can use 1000s of servers frm my company nd keep hopping.
The only point of my reply is NOT to show my smartness or something but to show u the futility of ur effort. Net is a free place that's y it's soo enjoyable....don't police it. nd if u really want to identify the culprits....trace the MAC address.

EXACTLY what I've been saying for like forever!! I keep asking them why can't they trace the MAC address, but I've never gotten an answer :/
of course that won't entirely matter either, because lots of people have multiple pcs

Recently I was out with some friends at a local club. I looked over and saw a very attractive woman. I decided that I'd like to meet her and get her number so I could get a date with her later.

I walked over and said a few words to her. Within about 3 minutes she was writing her name and phone number down for me. Keep in mind, this was at a popular club where she was being hit on all night. And I was the one who got her number.

Other guys buy drinks, dance, and try for hours— and usually wind up with nothing in these types of situations. But I was able to talk to her and get her number almost instantly.

The question is: What did I say to her? How did I do it?

If you would have asked me if this was even possible a few years ago, I would have said "No way." But now I do it ALL THE TIME.
