I am writing a business letter to a Japanese company president, but I’m not very sure about how should I call him, according to your rules. Is “Jimmy Yokoyama San” correct? Or should it be “Mr. Jimmy Yokoyama San”, or I have only to put his last name (like “Yokoyama San”)?
