呢幾日我都係不停輪流做 gym 同做水療,我身體己經好疲倦喇,今日我輪到要去做 gym,今次做完出黎精神就比前一次好d,而返到屋企後我仍然都係到唔想郁。但由於我阿婆琴日入醫院,所以我要去醫院探婆婆,可能係我太關係喇,我曾經有一刻諗過唔想去,但最終我都有去到探望她,原因係唔會再有好多時間去陪佢架咋,所以就算我點都好,我都要去。

今日去康怡間 Physical gym,仲試好多不同野,跟住梗係焗埋桑拿喇,嘻‧‧‧今次仲試埋濕蒸,呢個比起乾蒸感覺真係好唔同,當我入到去陣煙霧迷離,入去冇耐就有好多水珠從身上滑落,但我已分不清這是我汗水還是其他了。做完 gym 之後,我覺得好精神,然後仲去行下街街先至番屋企,可能我己耗盡我所有精力,返到屋企時我到踢都唔想郁,直到夜晚吃埋壽司後,我又要落樓下步行45分鐘。今日,我諗係我出世至今做得最多運動一天,真係到連眼都睜唔開,所以我未到十一點鐘就要爬上張床度。

2009年7月27日 上午6點41分10秒7 月 26 日 呢排身體好孱

前幾日我勁唔舒服,身體比平時較為弱些,所以今日做完 gym 同焗完桑拿後,我沖沖下涼突然間覺得好唔舒服同全身冇晒力,由於我便坐係浴室度休息十幾分鐘,當冇咁辛苦後,我便拿拿繼續洗頭沖涼,後來我都能自己走番出健身中心門口,而最好彩係,我今次係有伴同行,佢叫我休息一陣先行,如果唔係我都唔知道我點返屋企。最後我多謝你唔介意等我呀!

 

 

當返到屋企時,我己經好同好眼,點不知佢仲要唔畀我休息咁折磨我,我真係都唔知畀乜反應佢,如果我今晚唔駛返屋企食飯咪好囉。但最衰都係你,我以為會同你一齊食飯架嘛,衰人!

2009年7月22日 上午4點23分46秒7 月 21 日 佢樣好殘呀!早 d 抖喇!.

我做好多運動呀,自從我條腰骨有問題後,我盡量避免行樓梯、上落斜路等,所以我今日自覺己經做得比平時多好多,雖然真係辛苦 d 但我仍然覺得好有價值,其實我好鍾意同佢一齊去玩架,同佢一齊我覺得好 relax,我會將所有唔開心野暫時忘記的,而開心時間真係一即逝,我希望以後再有機會一齊去玩喇。

 

今日我觀察到佢好冇精神,而且我又發覺佢樣好殘好殘,後來我先至知道佢原來係頭痛緊,其實佢真係要多d 休息同覺,咁你精神才會好的,我希望見番佢一幅精神奕奕樣。最後我祈望佢能凡事小心d,尢其馬路如虎口架,萬一你有什麼頭暈身興,你的屋企人會很傷心的。

 

 

 

到夜晚我約他去飲野,我傾好多心事,但係時間真係過得好快,未傾完就要走喇,真係有 d 唔開心架。不過我睇到你有d 呆呆地,所以我就放過你喇,記住你有乜事要找我呀! Cheap Lo
