A loving heart, a gentle smile
a warm and tender touch
We give so many things in life
but nothing means as much.
A little inspiration
when one loses hope,
A kind word of encouragement
when they no longer seem to cope.
A simple phrase, "I love you"
when no one else is there
Taking hold onto a hand
in a little heartfelt prayer.
Love is never silent
It has so much to say,
And it is our greatest blessing

I had been wanting to have my mobile casing changed and was so glad to finally find the right place to go. Upon entrance, I was surprised having met a few sales personnel handing out coupons and freebies. It was then that I found out, they were on a BIG sale.
After my purpose in going there was served, I decided to try what was in the coupon. It was actually a Free Brewed Coffee coupon on a cozy cafe on the 2nd flr. Impressive. Last Monday, we all had to bid our goodbyes to my elder brother's son - Paul Franz. During the funeral rite, his younger sister spoke on the podium to express how special he was to her. Although the last seven years of his life was spent mostly in bed due to his health condition, she was grateful that God gave him few more years to be with the family. It was a short talk but so moving.

I had been posting with Yahoo! 360 for quite some time. The current notice about it closing on July 13, 2009 somehow made me sad. The friends I have had in the site had been wonderful and I had been accustomed of logging-in more often to see who came and posted updates....
But then, everything has its end and one of the wonderful things that has to end would be it...
I had said my farewell to some favorites and hoping to see them soon in the "new" Yahoo! Profile.

Time does fly quickly. It wasn't long since I've been enjoying the summer holidays in my country. But now, I am experiencing occasional running and being drenched in the rain. It would be the rainy season again and better time to prepare the family from any sickness.
Just this afternoon, we had all taken the influenza immunization. It is said that it would take 2 weeks for its efficacy against the flu.
As the saying goes, "Better be safe than sorry."
