ahhH! this was a tiring day. tamara is leaving on saturday, so today was my last shift with her, and i'm getting a new manager. haha, she was telling me how vancouver is the unfriendliest city she's been to. she just doesn't understand how anti-social we ALL are. goodness...it's so sucky, i keep getting these shifts that interfere with all this family business since joe and the family are here from england. yesterday was fireworks but i had to work, but then i got off work and me and my dad went quickly to nounou's house and we made it just in time for fireworks. and tonight, my family and steph's went out to the lichimo's for dinner in north van, but i couldn't go because i had to work, and so did james so he came after work and picked me up. he had to go meet up with his friend after, so he was suppose to drop me at home but then i lost my keys, so he left me at his place. he turned the alarm on, so i was sitting at the kitchen table on the phone, and then there was this tiny fly. feeling brave, i decided to kill it! then i wanted to go to the bathroom to wash my hands, and then as i was turning the knob for the door to get out of the kitchen, the alarm goes off! and the phone dies! and i was like wtf! so i grab my phone and call diane and she helps me turn off the alarm and shit. and then the security people call, and ask me questions, and i was suppose to tell them that i was one of the kids who lived in the house and all this other info. anyways, i told him and he was like, "no that doesn't match" so i tell him this other stuff and he's like, "no that doesn't match" and i can sooo tell in his voice he totally thinks i'm a robber or something, so i give him this phone number to get a hold of them, and he calls me back a few seconds later and says, "there's no answer to this number" and i'm like wtf, so he recites the number and he mixed up the last couple of digits so i'm like, "no it's blah blah blah" and he's like, "that's not what you told me before" as if i was lying to him. bastard. do i sound like a thief? goodness gracious. anyways, it was pretty scary being in this house all alone. it's so freaking huge and scary. james came back and he made me kill these bees that were humping in his tub...if by killing you mean throwing a cup of water at them and running away screaming. ahhh so tired. tomorrow i have a field trip (have to be at school by 7am) to east hastings! yay! we're going bright and early so that the druggies don't come after us. anyways, it's been an adventurous day. i'm out for now

muahahaha. hahaha, EMILY OWES ME A PHO! well prolly not cuz she paid last time. anyways it all happened so fast, i thought it would take at least a couple of weeks to get a callback. i dropped off my resume on sunday, they called me back today but i was at school, so i called them back when i got home, they asked if i could come in for an interview at 7:30, i went, and she gave it to me on the spot. i start tomorrow! yay. oh yes, it's at metalsmith. hmmm....i'm wonderin if i'll be able to go to marraine's house for dinner tho...i was so looking forward to it, because uncle joe, magdeline, helen and joseph are coming from england, and i haven't seen them in so many years, and there's dinner friday night when they arrived. ahh, i hear joseph's a giant now! i can't wait to see them!aww, i miss them...hmm, but i dont wanna ask for time off on the second day...oh and friday is my bro's bday party, but then its ok because the mall closes at 6ish anyway. mmm, yesterday went to see the italian job at silvercity with char, rach n farrukh, and then i saw steph n di there so we went w/ them too. it was really good, seth green is so hot! muahaha. me n rach wanted to see finding nemo or pirates of the carribean but char has seen everything. :P anyyyywhootie.....imma go

lalalala, it's the end of the weekend as we know it. damn i'm bored. mmm....went with janice to the tattoo place this week...haha, it was so weird because the blondie there was laughing at us and saying crazy thinks in some european language we couldn't understand. the tattoo guy was some skinny euro who looked like one of them crazy killers on an episode of baywatch...hmm, if ur lucky u'll understand that. anyways, i'll be going back with janice on wed so she can get it done.

omg yesterday me being the idiot that i am, broke my stupid phone. actually, i just broke the antennae, but it's all fucked up now, and it's all wiggly and feels like it's gonna fall off everytime i touch it. actually it did, but i jammed it back inside. it's gonna cost me $30 to fix it, but honestly, i'm not too keen on doing it. it doesn't really do much. but then it's ugly without. ok, so the real question is: who wants to fix my phone? er, give me $30?...uhhh yesterday was the student council meeting. goodness that was loads of fun >< not very many people showed up. congrats to karin the newest member of timmy ho's. at least we did mucho work....uh...

I CANT BELIEVE I MISSED SUNSHINE BOYS! me and grace have been super looking forward to that...goodness, skinny chinese boys strutting their stuff and making a mockery of whatever they think they stand for...what's not to love? went to steph & di's for dinner. oh and i'm all obsessed with these msn games and puzzle games like jeweled (BE-JE-WE-LED!) and text twist on yahoo. this is where my OCD kicks in

dolphin tourney was goin on. lotta people, but i wasn't really in the mood for it this year. i dunno. stupid because me and jan went at 8 tonight when we thought there was gonna be the slam dunk and the 3 pt contest and the final game but apparently everything ended at that time, so janice had a fit. haha, skipped work for nothing! nah, that's sad. no not really. shizers. school tomorrow. ugh.

the weekend's over, back to school! ugh, death. well actually, it's not as bad as i thought it would be....well...i mean, it's getting better. at least i found a way to get through to the posers. anyways, only 3 more weeks to go! saturday steph, di, melissa and i went out to playland. it was fun except when it started pouring rain. melissa and i thought that we should go on 1 last ride, just before we went home because it was only 3 and it was crazy raining....so we went on the enterprise which was the stupidest one you could go on. see, we thought that it would be sheltered, so it would be the best, but then rain comes in through the sides and then there's wind...omg...and then they spin you upside down so it's slipper, even windier, and the rain is pounding so hard on you it feels like hail. fun. and then it got bright and then rainy again. stupid vancouver. when we got home william, oliver and bobby and their mom were over at my place from calgary. we went out to night market, where it continued to rain, then to an embarrassing party-crash at the radisson, and then back home. they stayed over at our place, and it was fun except bobby is absolutely disgusting. today we just went out for dim sum with the guys, william showed off his creole and then they headed back to calgary. i miss them! come back! we were suppose to go to some 'wan picnic' but then it was raining so steph and di came over...we watched how to lose a guy in 10 days and it was pretty good. they just left, so now i'm going bye bye

today i went for my lotto training stuff. haha, it was 9:30am-3pm and i thought it was gonna be awfully slow and long, but it wasn't too shabby. i liked it, it was fun playing on the machines, but i felt bad for wasting all that paper. i thought i was also gonna be with a bunch of old people too, but there was 2 other kids there. ok, now i must get a job at a lotto booth within the next week otherwise i'm going to forget everything i've learned. anyways, tomorrow i'm off to the mary kay lady's place! dont ask.
