went out to the states yesterday. lotsa sleeping. had a run in with a hell's angel and a security officer....which led to more sleeping. watched Charlie's Angels today...not too bad, i dont like how they cram all of the plot into a few sentences, and if you just happened to be tuning out or just aren't fast enough to comprehend, you basically won't understand the rest of the story. demi moore kinda creeps me out. she's old. anyways, tis all pour maintenant. OH WAIT! does anybody have MTV CANADA? KARIN'S GONNA BE ON MTV CANADA THIS FRIDAY! she was chosen to host somethingorother, so now we are on a desperate search for anybody with mtv canada. anybody?! this is your reward:

its so damn hot in here. stupid closet of a room. anyways, enough of me complaining. today was yearbooks blah blah blah...the point is, my feet are in an excessive amount of pain. went to chris' house after, like always, a waterfight which gave me splinters, and then we rented some vids. we watched just married which was decent, and then we watched old school which was just stupid. i mean, i thought it was going to be dude-where's-my-car stupid, because i enjoyed that, but this was just beyond stupid. will farrell had his moments, otherwise it sucked. damn i'm tired. better turn in if imma wake up before 10 tmw. later

2003年6月26日 上午6點17分00秒today was tiring. woke up early this morning...
today was tiring. woke up early this morning and headed out to janice's house, AND on my way there, i tripped over this stupid metal ring. anywho, so me, rach, jan, emz and tamara headed out to KITS, but then we lost our way, so we ended up going to english bay. we got off this bus, and then we were somehow at stanley park, so we walked a million loops until we finally found english bay. jan, rach and tam, the keeners, decided we were on some sort of marathon, and they went super fast in front of us. emily and i on the other hand, are not as "agile" as the others! i have a condition and emily is well...emily. so we were lagging behind, and i swear, we both almost past out while the 3 of them would turn around once in a while and yell like slave drivers for us to hurry up. c'mon now, there's no need for that. anyways, we got there, got ripped off at subway, emily took advantage of me with the sunscreen and ended up burning my shoulders (which i promised i WOULD NOT do!) i wasn't too eager in going in the water, but of course we all went (even emz!) we even had a seaweed/kelp fight, how sanitary (but no worries, rachel was on hand with her purell).
when we were at jan's house, for some reason we were taking our heartrates, and apparently i have a RHR of 78? is that bad? supposedly its suppose to be 50-60, but fruity doesn't know what he's talking about. i'm still traumatized. but its ok, i dont have an RHR of like, 150 like grace, who is constantly on the verge of a heartattack...except the other day when my heart was racing for no apparent reason....i should see a dr about that soon...
