RAINDROPS & KISSES...,

Drops lightly brush my windows
as the rain gently falls
I hear your sweet voice
my name it softly calls.

The skies gradually darken
as the storms quickly move in
I snuggle close and deeply inhale
the sweetness of your skin.

Thunder rumbles lightening strikes
bringing the world all aglow
as we lay here in this lovers'hold
not for a moment letting go.

As the raindrops kiss my windows
your soft warm lips touch mine
all the world's soon forgotten
we're in a world of our time.

Magnetic Attraction...,

The more distance and time away from you

The more we are pushed apart

It's hard to see you

Hear your voice

Watch your walk

And not touch your hair

I feel I should stay away

But when I'm just being myself I end up next to you

All over again

The closer we are, the stronger the pull

It's like a magnet pushing and pulling

Love has a power

Sometimes greater than ourselves

Gravity finds me in your presence

Again

It's magnetic.

Can You See It In My Eyes...,

You don't know how I'm feeling.
I have yet to vocalize
Desire deep inside me.
Can you see it in my eyes?

I tremble when I'm near you
Heat travels up my thighs
and I want you with an urgency
That I just can't describe.

Dare I reach out to touch you?
Do you think you'd realize
How much I want and need you?
Can you see it in my eyes?

I long to say, 'I love you,'
But am scared of your reply.
Terrified like a child
I've become paralyzed.

The camouflaged emotions
Lead to pain and silent cries.
And yet I just can't tell you.
Don't you see it in my eyes?

Broken...,

I'm broken
Not only my heart, but my life
I sit and Write love poems
cry
and listen to sad songs
I don't want to get over you
but I need to
tear flow out of my eyes
all because of you
you broke my heart
but that wasn't good enough
you torn myself-a-steam
you killed what was lefted of my trust
so now I lay broken up all inside
