2．咖喱 　咖喱中的薑黃素是一種抗氧化劑，它能抑制人體內瘤的生長，並能消滅癌細胞。（咖喱粉和西蘭花、白菜等配在一起吃，能大大增強薑黃素的抗癌能力。）
3．開心果 　開心果富含維生素B6和銅，能增強人體的活力。有研究顯示，每天吃一大把開心果能幫助降低血脂。（買無糖的帶殼堅果。在剝殼的過程中，你能很清楚地意識到自己吃了多少，這樣就不容易吃過量。）
4．咖啡　美國營養學會的專家們認為，每天喝3—5杯咖啡能降低患2型糖尿病、大腸癌以及肝癌的幾率。他們同時認為，咖啡中的抗氧化劑能保護體細胞和 DNA不受損害。美國哈佛大學的科學家們在一項新的研究中也發現，每天喝咖啡的女性，不容易得高血壓。（如果你擔心喝太多咖啡會影響睡眠，可以喝一些脫咖啡因咖啡，它們仍然富含抗氧化劑，能起到同樣的功效。）
5.燕麥片　英國科學家發現，最簡單有效的降膽固醇方法之一，就是每天吃燕麥片。燕麥片裡含有的纖維能形成一種凝膠，有效降低人體對膽固醇的吸收。並且，早餐吃燕麥片的人能一上午都保持精力充沛，並且午餐時吃得比別人少。（選擇燕麥片時，儘量選低糖的。如果你愛吃甜食，不妨試著在燕麥片里加一點有抗氧化作用的水果，就可以一舉兩得了。）
6．蝦　蝦是一種無脂肪、高蛋白的健康食品，它同時富含抗癌物質硒和維生素D。人們一般認為蝦的膽固醇含量很高，但實際上，蝦含有的膽固醇並不能提高人體血液中的膽固醇。美國洛克菲勒大學的一項研究顯示，每天吃少量蝦，能提高人體的“好膽固醇”。（如果買不到新鮮蝦，就到超市里買冷凍的。吃蝦前用水沖洗，會帶走 40%的鈉，減少升高血壓的隱患。）
7.黑巧克力 　黑巧克力中富含類黃酮，最新研究顯示，吃少量黑巧克力，能夠預防動脈栓塞、降低患心臟病的幾率。另外，吃巧克力能釋放血液中的複合胺，有助於調節情緒。（買黑巧克力時，選擇那些至少含有60%可哥粉的。如果能和鈣片一起吃，那就更好了。）
8．櫻桃　美國密歇根大學的一項最新研究發現，吃櫻桃能夠降低膽固醇和血糖。2006年的一項研究也發現，連續8天每天喝2大杯櫻桃汁並堅持運動的人，比那些喝水的人，更不容易發生肌肉酸痛的現象。（除了當水果吃外，你還可以把櫻桃放在冰箱的冷凍室裡，做成健康“冰激淩”，隨時拿出來吃。）
9．番茄　紅色的番茄中含有豐富的番茄紅素，能幫助降低患癌症和心臟病的幾率；而橙色番茄的番茄紅素含量，是紅色番茄的兩倍半。一杯橙色番茄汁，就能滿足一日的維生素A需求。（橙黃色番茄和紅色番茄最好換著吃。由於茄紅素是一種脂溶性物質，吃的時候如果加點橄欖油，能促進它的吸收.
