We would like to give all members
the opportunity to share thier themes with the community. Our aim is
to have a high quality public theme library available to all. When sharing
a theme, members should be aware that they must follow our normal Terms
of Service. In addition, Zorpia reserves the right to reject themes
that we do not feel reach a certain quality.
Taking this into consideration
please be aware that themes may be rejected or banned for any of the
following reasons:
1. Violation of Zorpia's Terms of Service (TOS)
- Adult Oriented Background content in the theme's header or footer codes.
- Copyrighted Background or copyrighted content in the user's header or footer codes (Note: This includes using someone else's photos without permission.)
- The theme has an advertisement as it's background, or has an advertisement in the header or footer codes.
- Any other TOS violations such as Attacking, Flaming, Scamming, etc.
2. Copyright Violation
- When a user takes another users theme and re-uploads it as their own.
3. Broken Layouts
- CSS code that break the user's layout, such as flash widgets that expand to the width of the page.
- Code that change Zorpia's navigation bar
- Too many image code that load in page.
4. Auto-redirection
- Code that re-direct the user away from Zorpia.com
- Code that affect the normal traffic on Zorpia.com
5. Unreadable Fonts
- Unreadable text due to a similarity in the use of color in fonts and the background color.
- Large fonts that break the module's header or layout.
- Make sure the text on your page can be easily read, especially when there are images behind
6. Similar Themes
- A theme that is too similar to another users theme
- Similar to another shared theme but has a different background and name. Normally applies to copies of one creator's previously shared themes.
7. Inclusion of Personal Information
- Personal information about the theme's creator or anyone else is not allowed on the theme or its description.
