it is around, 12:45am here now...
not my neigbor, but my apt is right in downtown area, so there are alots of clubs and bars...people who pass by would yell really loud most the time...
drunk people...ahha or just being crazy...

that sound a bit scary, dear. i don't like to live near in downtown or near at bars, since they are drunk, they can go crazy break inside your apt. :S

o, dont worry...they cant break in my apt....haha...
it is a building where I live...so...that arent too bad...just noise at night...^^
I wouldnt live here, if I did throught about that before I rent it...haha...
and the thing is where I live is near by my school, so I throught it would be better for me to go to school(at first). But now, I hate it!!lol
