Just joined a couple of days ago so not too sure on how to use this site, but I am sure I will learn. Not much has been happening since I came back from Europe. My life is pretty boring at the moment and I guess that is just what you get for having such an amazing and exciting summer. I have caught the travel bug now, I loved Europe and would go back in a heart beat!! Living in totally different country wasnt so bad at all. I like it. It was better than trying to learn French here in Canada because in France no one speaks English so you are forced to use your French everywhere, which I loved! While over there I traveled all over France as well as Switzerland, Italy and England.  I had better get a move on, making some dinner for Chris (Sage and Rosemary Chicken). Yes I am up late Chris works night shifts now and I stay up to see him cos thats the only time we can hang out.  I finally got a hamster! She is a long haired hamster and is dark grey and white. And her name is Harlow. Chris of course calls her Harlette which is fine because they are similar in their own little names. I have to train her to like to be pet and held because she is only a month old! How cute is that!<div> </div><div>So at the moment I am watching Big Brother 11. Love it and well I usually hate those reality shows but there is just something about Big Brother! We are getting 3 snow storms this week with endless amounts of snow. When will this madness end? I am greatly looking forward to spring and the upcoming summer, when ever that will come.   I just finish the novel Twilight and I think that I am in love. I loved reading it so much and it was so hard to put down. I must admit I was against Twilight when it first made an appearance. But that opinion quickly changed shortly after watching the movie. The movie is what got me hooked and then I later decided to read the book. Now I want more! I love Edward he is like the perfect man ever. The bug! I was just sick for two weeks over christmas with a cold/flu, and my throat was very swollen and I ended up loosing my voice for 5 days after that not being able to talk at all. And now it is all back again. Well this time I believe it is just a cold.  You cant help it when you go to the university you can pick it up from anywhere!  When I used to live on the residence it was like a chain reaction, one person on your floor would get sick and then it hit everyone room like the domino effect. I believe I was sick alot back in those days, but now that I live off of campus and have my own place it doesnt affect me anymore.  I hope 2009 will bring me alot of good this year, I havent had so much luck in the past. But I just got a disturbing phone call today from the school doctor. I really wish it wasnt so. Oh no, I told him, this NEVER happened. I never called and cancelled anything much less reorder the upgraded version and agree to the more expensive price in one full payment!  At this point, I told the man that I wanted my order - whatever it was he had in his system at that very moment - completely cancelled. I did not want his product nor did I trust their company; he assured me it 'must have been a system error' and insisted I allow him to correct the situation. So, I did. It seemed all good at this point. He assured me the details were corrected and the following would now occur: $59.85 + $1.00 for a trial sample of some vitamin they offer [I had no problem paying an extra $1]; that comes to a total bill of $60.85 but I would have to pay S/H which would be added to my first installment payment. So the payment schedule was such: $36.92 would be the first payment against my debit card, a 2nd payment of $20.28, and a 3rd and last payment of $20.28.  It seemed fixed at this point; or so I thought. Because Team Beachbody had 'pended' the $145.85 against my checking account [when it wasn't supposed to in the first place], I had two checks that were charged a total fee of $68 to put them 'on hold' until funds were deposited to cover them. I called Team Beachbody to tell them they owe me the $68 my bank has charged me for their unwarranted and unauthorized attempt and pended posting to my account. Those checks should not have been put on hold and it was Team Beachbody's fault it happened; I wanted them to reimburse this bank fee. The supervisor I was referred to told me 'we don't reimburse overdraft fees' ; I told him 'that's fine because I'm not asking for overdraft fees; I'm asking for holding fees that resulted becasue of your huge mistake'. I was told he could not offer any recompense or reimbursement of the bank fees they caused.  TeamBody has already pended their first payment against my account [again] and I still have not received the product after almost 5 weeks of having placed the original order. I informed the supervisor I wanted the order completely cancelled and he can keep their product; he told me it already shipped. Where is it then? I told him I wanted to return it if it ever got here; he proceeded to give me an RA # (return authorization) that I am to write on a piece of paper and put back in the box and ship it back to them - if I ever get it. I told the supervisor this was not the end; this was not going to go unresolved and somebody with the company better offer some resolution to the matter; he told me I needed to contact 'corporate' and gave me a telephone # to call. So, I hung up and immediately called the # he gave me ... a number that was no good. Today alone we are supposed to get 15-20 cm. And tomorrow it is supposed to be very cold, -16 degrees and that is with out wind chill. :s. My week has been busy. I wrote my first exam today and that leaves me with 4 more to go. One on monday, next saturday and the next wednesday thursday. Well I best be getting back to work, I am verry tired and there is alot to do here in my life. So why am I sitting here on Zorpia instead of doing my final assignment for Urban that is worth 35% of my final grade. Who knows, procrastination maybe. It's not like I haven't gotten any of it done, I tried working on it last night but all that got written down on that four page report is a single chart. I guess it is a start right, I mean there are way more things that could be worse, at least I have some ideas of how I want to analyze the data right? Why do I always have to leave everything to the last minute?? I think I have done pretty good this semester. I have handed in all of my assignments in on time and there was alot more work this semester and I managed it all pretty well. I think my problem with not doing my one and only final assignment for the semester is because it is getting in to the holiday season and Wednesday is the last day of school and you just want to be free. Get away and go on Christmas break and have some fun for a change. But I guess I will feel way better once this assignment is finished right? I mean maybe I should go and do it now so that all of the stress of it is gone and then I can relax for the next few days until my first final exam. Then again tell me why am I on here rambling about nothing hmmm? That I cannot answer, it is out of pure bordem I suppose. Enjoy. I am very greatful for that.   On Friday I bought an external hard drive, which rocks because it freed up a large sum of my computer. The thing is like 3 times the size of my computer so with everything i put on it, it is hardly full.   Next weekend I am headed to my boyfriends, cousins wedding. I am excited but not because I dont know anyone. Oh and my Boyfriend is now an uncle for the second time. His oldest sister just had a baby yesterday, I am so happy for her. I saw pictures of him this morning and he is adorable!   Anyways I need to get back to baking my Brownies.... Mmmmm!     Later Days. So far everything has gone pretty good (except yesterday). This semester my courses are Climatology, Air Photo Interpretation, Dimensions of the Paranormal, Urban Systems and Geography of Northern Canada. The only class I have not taken yet is Geo of Northern Canada because that is a 3 hour class on tuesday. And so far my Tuesdays and pretty busy. I have Air Photo at 8:30 - 10, Dimensions of the Paranormal from 11:30 -1pm , Urban systems from 1pm - 2:30 and the Geo of Canada 2:30pm - 530. So those will be the long days. I have not really ran into any of my friends yet which is surprising usually I see them but the only friends I have seen were the ones in the same program as me. Im really pissed off about the internet issue we are having at our apartment. We do not have interenet until next friday, and it feels like Personna has screwed us over. You see they were supposed to dissconnect out internet over the summer because we are students and we wouldnt be in the city and they didnt. They ended up charging us $400!!! So they called asking for the money and they were like we have no record of this phone call ever.... bull ****! So they lowered it . THEN when we first got the TV set up they didnt have a box for us and so they said they would deliver one later and so they did but now they are charging us for 2 boxes when we have one simply because they cant friggin deliver on time. So there is another $100. And now they cant hook out internet up for another week!!!! I will never trust to go with them again, now i simply keep records of all the things that go on and the bills they make us pay which we really dont owe money for so one of these days when they decide to do something drastic I will be prepared. The apartment below us has had plumbing problems so we were not allowed to use our kitchen sink for wednesday. But that is now prob. Yesterday sucked because I went to my first class Air photo and a bunch of random ppl I have no clue who they were walked in and sat down. It was past 8:30 when the class was supposed to start and so they made the introduction that the class was Avanded Psychology Research Methods.... and I was like WHAT???? So I had to run to a lab and recheck the room number ( I did the day b4 to make sure!!! but it changed!) so I had to run across campus Late of course lol. But I wasnt the only one late :). Then my new text book got a big stain in it. Oh and the girl at the book store wouldnt let me bring my purse in and she let everyone else and my purse wasnt even big it was smaller and some girls had friggin duffle bags there!!! So if you want to inforce a friggin rule do it for everyone not just random ppl you think you dont like. Other than that today is mellow. I have class from 8:30 am - 9:30 and then I wait 4 hours until my air photo lab at 2pm. I am quite pleased with that, it was very easy and now I am kind of looking forward to doing the rest of them in a weird way. I have my two hardest classes to do monday tuesday, and then wednesday is my last day and then I go home for the summer!! Right now I have only 5 more days until home :o) Im pretty excited but not looking forward to starting work.  Got income tax back... well not really, for some reason i have to pay but how is that possible when I dont have a full time job and I am just a student??? This time I am actually studying. Last week I found out that im not failing spanish!! I guess that I just thought because I was failing all the tests that I was failing the class but im not! I was just stressed and a bit on the anxious side at the time. But since I do so well on my presentations and essays and compostitions in that class I have a 67. Not too bad for doing bad on tests. The other class im now worried about it math, its sooo hard and complicated. I hope to just get a passing mark on that so that I can have the credit and be done  with it, I was never a math person. I am taking a summer course in music. I know that I already have a certificate  of theories through the Royal Conservatory of Music  but since my math mark might be bad I thought that I would talk the course even though I know everything and get a really good mark to make the bad math mark go away. One more week from Wednesday and I am finished 2nd year for good. Cannot wait. Summer here I come (but there is work...
